15-Year-Old Danbury Murder Suspect Allegedly Threatened Witnesses

15-year-old, Ronald Massagli, has a new charge against him as he faces a murder trial, in which he will be tried as an adult. The latest development the teen allegedly threatened witnesses in the case.

As reported by Newstimes.com, Court documents state that Massagli allegedly sent Snapchat messages to two unidentified witnesses in murder case. Evidence states Massagli told them that if they mentioned anything to anyone about the case, they would suffer the same fate as the murdered victim.

On August 5, 2017, Gabriel Bara-Bardo, 17, of Danbury was allegedly attacked while sitting in his car by Massagli, 16-year-old Lorenzo Santana and several other teenagers. Santana confessed to police that he and Massagli had smashed Bara-Bardo's car windshield and punched the victim in the head. An autopsy showed that Bara-Bardo died from bleeding on the brain caused by a blunt impact. Both teens are being tried as adults.
