If you're interested, my favorites would include a brewpub, much like the Bull & Barrel Brew Pub in Brewster. Danbury needs an authentic Jewish deli like Gold's Delicatessen in Westport and Reins Deli in Vernon, OY! I'd love to see a rock/blues club in downtown Danbury like the old Blues Alley but maybe a bit more upscale with music featured 5 nights a week along with specialty burgers and a craft beer and bourbon menu, but that's just me.
