A Story With A Happy Ending

For the past 31 years, a woman and her husband spent their wedding anniversary dinner at their local Red Lobster, but this year was different.

The woman, who didn't give her name, lost her husband to illness over the past year, and hence couldn't go on their annual anniversary dinner.

Her daughter took it into her own hands to bring her mother for dinner on her parent's anniversary at that same Red Lobster, but at the end of the meal, they received a lovely note from the staff of the restaurant:

We are sorry to hear about your husband's passing, but we appreciate your loyalty in spending 31 years of your anniversary with us. For our appreciation your meal is on us! We look forward to spending your next anniversary with us!  Sincerely, Red Lobster and your server, Taylor
