It's that time of year, the kids are heading back to school, and that got me wondering if the parents would be celebrating or sobbing.

After a long summer of the kids around the house 24/7, would parents be jumping for joy, or have a heavy heart now that it's back to school time. I wanted to know, so we took our "Around the Town" camera's to the streets and found out.
