They became famous around these parts in New Haven, and now Bethel will be filled with the smells of those fabulous Food Trucks starting this Friday (June 2).

It's been announced that Food Truck Fridays are happening on the first and third Friday of each month all summer long on the Municipal Center Lawn at 1 School St.

According to newstimes.com, the Food Trucks will be in Bethel from 5 pm until 8 pm twice each month in June, July and August. Plus, there will be live music, games for the entire family, and of course those famous Food Trucks.

Here's this summer's Food Truck schedule:

Friday, June 2: Food Trucks Spuds Your Way, Eggz, Rice & Beans, Green Grunion, Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen and Mothership Bakery. The local band, Gorja, will be performing.

Friday, June 16: Catch live music from Sugar Death Whistle and check out the Food Trucks from Eggz, Rice & Beans, Green Grunion, Sonny’s Grinders, Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen and Mothership Bakery.

Friday, July 7: It's Food Trucks Spuds Your Way, Eggz, Rice & Beans, Green Grunion, Pierogies on Wheels, Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen and Mothership Bakery and you can catch live music from Siren.

Friday, July 21: The Food Trucks return with Spuds Your Way, Eggz, Rice & Beans, Green Grunion, Sonny’s Grinders, Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen and Mothership Bakery, plus Shoefly Blues will perform.

Friday, Aug. 4:  It's music from Southern Voice and the Food Trucks are back with Spuds Your Way, Eggz, Rice & Beans, Green Grunion, Sonny’s Grinders, Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen and Mothership Bakery.

Friday, Aug. 18: The final Food Truck Friday of the summer with live music from Louder Daddy and Food Trucks from Spuds Your Way, Eggz, Rice & Beans, Green Grunion, Sonny’s Grinders, Pierogies on Wheels, Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen and Mothership Bakery.

So pick your flavor and head to the Municipal Center lawn in Bethel for Food Truck Friday. Remember, if you miss a little, you miss a lot.
