Well, election day is coming up next week and it looks like the race for First Selectman in Bethel will look quite familiar!

According to the News-Times, Republican Will Duff is going against incumbent Democrat Matt Knickerbocker, who beat him last time by 500 votes two years ago. When Bethel residents go to their polls, they'll have a familiar choice in front of them!

Republican Will Duff says he wants to focus on making the highway department more efficient. He says he would volunteer to get his own CDL license to plow during the winter months, if need be.

Democrat Matt Knickerbocker says that paving projects are actually on schedule and that the town doesn't have enough employees to speed up the process. This is just one of the topics the two candidates have opposing views on.

Don't forget to vote on November 3!
