Bethlehem Hosts Connecticut Garlic Festival This Weekend

There is a lot more that you can do with garlic than make tomato sauce and ward off vampires. You can celebrate the mighty bulbous plant this weekend at The Connecticut Garlic Festival.

As you can see by the picture, there are lots of things that you can do with garlic. From dips to cheeses to oils, all will be on display and waiting for you at the Bethlehem Fairgrounds on Route 61 in Bethlehem, CT on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm both days. Plan on making a day out of it because, as you can imagine, there will be lots of food available. Homemade roasted garlic sausage with peppers and (if the garlic wasn't enough for ya) onions, deep fried garlic, even garlic ice cream just to name a few delicacies to tempt your taste buds.
