Carmel Parks and Rec Fitness Fair is Saturday

Lots of events are coming up this weekend around Putnam County, including on Saturday in Carmel.

According to the Putnam Daily Voice, Carmel and Mahopac residents will be able to learn about fitness and healthy eating tips this weekend. Saturday from Noon-4 at Sycamore Park in Mahopac will be there Carmel Parks and Rec Fitness Fair.

This is the first time for this event and it will feature local businesses that will include health and fitness products, tips, and more!

The event is at Sycamore Park at 790 Long Pond Road in Mahopac.
