Connecticut Firefighters Doing Good Things Across the Nation

I'm a huge fan of firefighters. And that's not because I have some weird fantasy of them and think they are ALL attractive. No, not THAT at all. I just think they are very heroic, brave people. Could you imagine seeing a burning building and then just running into it to save people? Amazing.

20 firefighters from Connecticut are flying out to Northern California to help with the horrible wildfires there.  This is the time of the year where they get really out of control and California needs help. They are leaving today and won't be back for 2 weeks.

Kudos to you firefighters and please get home safe! We'll be thinking of you guys.
