I had no idea that throwing pizza at your significant other could get you arrested, but I guess a domestic disturbance is a domestic disturbance.

According to an article at fairfieldcitizenonline.comit was in the wee hours of the morning in the town of Fairfield when Amber and her husband reportedly left an establishment called the SeaGrape after celebrating a friend's birthday. Apparently, the two didn't have enough to eat, because they decided to stop at Domino's for a pie to go.

While picking up the pizza, police report that one of Amber's friends called her cell asking her to double-back to the SeaGrape to pick up some items her friend had left behind, and this is when things supposedly got dicey. Police say that Amber and her husband got into it because of her friend's request to drive back to the club.

The argument reportedly escalated, and that's when Amber allegedly started firing hot pizza at her husband. I don't know who called who, but Westport Police got a call about a domestic violence incident inside a Range Rover. Amber was arrested, charged with disorderly conduct, and had to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court.

What's the lesson learned here? Chow down on a couple of appetizers and a chunk of the big deli sandwich at the party so you don't feel the need to stop for a hot pizza pie that you'll be tempted to use as a weapon.

Who knows? Perhaps it was all just one big misunderstanding, and she was simply polishing her dough tossing skills.
