According to a press release, 36-year-old, Michael Zemsky of Brewster turned himself into police at around 2:30 this morning (Jan. 19). As previously reported, in true bank-robber fashion, Zemsky reportedly handed a note to a bank teller, letting her know he had a weapon on his person. While surveillance and reports say that no weapon was seen, Zemsky ran from the scene on foot with a still undisclosed amount of money.

Michael Zemsky has been charged with both robbery and larceny and was held on a $10,000 bond.
