The rumors can now be confirmed and the wondering is finally over.

The site of Elan's of Connecticut, the former Gentlemen's club in Danbury, is about to take on a whole new look and a whole new business.

In a recent Facebook post, the president of Ingersoll Auto, Todd Ingersol, announced that they have purchased the property and have big plans to completely revitalize the site. The building itself is scheduled to be demolished before the fall and will allow Ingersoll of Danbury lots of room and the perfect opportunity to expand their already large dealership which is also on Federal Road in Danbury.

As previously reported, Elan's of Connecticut opened in 1993 and closed its doors 25 years later on July 14, 2018. Prior to that, the building was a popular local night spot on Federal Road for many years. Read that story here.
