Denny Hamlin took home his 25th career win earlier this afternoon at Martinsville Speedway in Virginia with Joe Gibbs Racing.

According to ESPN, Denny passed his teammate Matt Kenseth for the top spot with around 28 laps to go in today's race. This victory also marks Mr. Hamlin's first win of this NASCAR Sprint Cup season as well.

Jeff Gordon lead the race for awhile with 58 laps to go, but was later on penalized for cruising down pit road too fast after a caution with 40 to go. He was honest as he took the blame completely over his radio to crews. I love this guy, don't want to see him retire.

Next weekend NASCAR is off for Easter, but April 11th we look forward to some Sprint Cup racing action at Texas Motor Speedway!
