Don't say you weren't warned. The Old farmers Almanac is predicting another cold and snowy winter for us here in the Northeast and for much of the country.

 

The almanac, which is published annually and uses a secret forecasting formula says it's traditionally 80 percent accurate.

The 2016 almanac, is now out, and warns the U.S. should prepare for extremely cold temperatures and lots of snow this winter. It says the Northeast can expect below-normal temperatures, (did you expect anything less), the South will have above-average snowfall, and the Midwest will have less snowfall, but temperatures will be below-normal. The Pacific Northwest will see their biggest snowfall in mid-December, early to mid-January and mid to late February.

So enjoy the heat while we've got it, cause soon we'll be freezing our you know what's off.
