Excuse Me, Where is my Helicopter? I NEED to Gamble!

When I first saw this headline, I was like REALLY!? But then I thought, "Hey! If I had enough money to do this ... I TOTALLY would!" If you're in New York City and you just have an itch to go to Mohegan Sun to throw away even more money, then why not just get in a helicopter and travel 45 minutes instead of three or four hours? According to a press release from the casino that came out this week, the helicopter will take off from a launchpad at 34th Street, Midtown Manhattan and will cost "as low as $625" for one way.

NOT BAD, I say, NOT BAD!

But it gets better! If you're basically a "high roller" and have loads of casino "points" then you can trade those in for a cheaper helicopter ride. Woo hoo!

This isn't the first of it's kind though. I guess Mohegan Sun has been flying people out of NYC for a while now. But only the people who are going to drop ungodly amounts of money - like hundreds of thousands of dollars.

BUT now this new helicopter service is for "everyone, for people of ALL income levels" claims the CEO of the casino.

Sounds like a fun time and I'm happy for anyone who can do it, but it's gonna be a while until I can drop that kinda dough on transportation. If I was stinking rich though, NO PROBLEM I'D HOP ON THAT COPTAH' IN A SECOND!
