This weekend, I got a chance to explore a park that I had never been to before, and it's a beautiful park. Let's explore Harrybrooke Park in New Milford!

The first word that comes to mind when I think about this park is "green." We were in the big field yesterday, and there is a path that goes around the field where people were walking and biking.

The field also has a couple of swing sets and some picnic tables. It's a very picturesque and inviting area. It makes you want to bring your family there and spend the day enjoying the park.

According to their website, the property was left as a private park by the late Frank A. Harden who lived on the property with his wife until he passed away in 1965. The house that the Harden's lived in is now a museum.

You can reserve space for events, like weddings, at Harrybrooke Park. I can only imagine the beautiful wedding pictures you can get in this park.

I'm definitely going to bring my family back to walk the one mile loop and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I know the kids would love to run around the big field.
