Two Places in the Hudson Valley Where You Can Get Fit and Have Fun

As we roll into the deep weeks of Spring, and welcome Summer soon enough, it's time to Get Fit and Win!

I've teamed up with my friends at Putnam Hospital Center and Health Quest to make it fun to get fit for the summer.  If you know me, you know that I'm all about keeping fit, going to the gym, and keeping active.  Send us a selfie at these places, and WIN!

Locally in the Hudson Valley, specifically Putnam County, you can check out an awesome trail also known as the Putnam County Bikeway.

I'm not a big running guy, so biking has always been a favorite to work in the cardio, and this is a beautiful place to do so!

Also - check out the Walkway Over the Hudson, which is further out in the Hudson Valley which is such a beautiful way to get fit and see the scenic Hudson River.
