Now that spring is finally here with summer on the way, it's the perfect time to get fit.

Putnam Hospital Center and KICKS 105.5's Dan Hopkins wants to make sure you and your family get healthy and stay healthy so we're running an awesome contest with great prizes for the "Get Fit Hudson Valley" campaign.

All you have to do is upload photos of yourself "getting fit" on the Putnam County Trailway (click here for a map of the trailway) from now until Sunday, June 14 by using the form below.

We'll select a winner each week to win cool prizes like tickets to a Bridgeport Bluefish or Hudson Valley Renegade game or passes to the Beardsley Zoo.

"Get Fit Hudson Valley" has even more chances for you to win by going out to the trailway and snapping a selfie. The more you visit the trailway the more chances you have to win on the Putnam Trailway.
