Getting Ready For Brookfield High School Football

Besides waking you up every morning here on Kicks 105.5, one of my other jobs is as the voice of the Brookfield Bobcats. I've been in the press box for the last eight seasons, announcing the action and keeping the crowd entertained.

This year's season is already underway: Brookfield won their first game at Notre Dame 17-14. The Bobcats home opener is Friday night, and I haven't done a game since last November, so I figured I should brush up a little to get ready. Now, it would be silly to go there when there's no game and be in the press box looking at an empty field and empty stands. That wouldn't help, so we did the next best thing.
