Let's face it, it stinks to be a Turkey this time of year, actually it probably stinks anytime of year. But being that we're a Country Station you have to have a fresh bird on the Holiday table.

I'm so used to the typical way to acquire our Thanksgiving dinner. Head to the supermarket, pick out a suitable size turkey and use our frequent buyer points to get the bird for free....Pretty good deal.

Well this year thanks to the folks at Hog Wild BBQ in Newtown my family will be enjoying a nice fresh Turkey, the same way our Pilgrim forefathers did during that very first Thanksgiving. These birds are from Hog Wild's own Turkey Farm in Middlebury. They are organic, free range and I'm sure will taste as fresh as they look.

Bill and the gang at Hog Wild were nice enough to send some 26 fresh turkey's, just prepped for their final destination early this morning. (Again you see why it's not good to be a turkey).

Now all that's left is the stuffing, all the trimmings and a few Pilgrims for a real authentic old fashioned Thanksgiving Feast. So thanks again to Hog Wild in Newtown(It's good to be in Country Radio) !!!!
