Great to be back from Vacation..Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas Eve!...It's great to be back from Europe.... I have to say that this was probably the most educational trip I have ever taken. Now when one hears that, they automatically think, "Boring!"...But seriously...I learned all about brewing beer at the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin, and how to make Whiskey at Jameson. I also got a GREAT history lesson about Ireland and their fight to become a republic at this ancient closed prison.

London is such an exciting city with so much going on all the time, it seems! I think the NYC subway system can learn something from how the UK operates the Tube in London..so efficient! Buckingham Palace, Abby Road, Big Ben and all the "touristy" things to do were exciting, but my favorite by far was Tower Bridge....some people call it London Bridge, but no the technical name is Tower. Learned so much in the exhibits as you walk across the bridge and the Thames river

Big thanks to the crews at British Airways for getting me to Europe...around the countries and back home last night safely...It tends to be rainy and windy quite often there!
