Greater Danbury’s Best Places to Watch the Mayweather / McGregor Fight
It's being called the fight of the century, others say it's just a gimmick that won't be much of a contest. No matter what you say, I haven't seen this much buzz over an event like this in a long time.
So, the big night is almost here, and you're wondering where to watch the Mayweather/McGregor fight on Saturday Night.
Well, you could stay home and shell out the $100 dollar Pay-Per-View fee, which, by the way, has the potential to break the Pay Per View record of over 4.4 million buys set in 2015 for the Mayweather/Pacquio bout.
Your other choice is to head to your neighborhood watering hole and check out the fight there, but not every bar will have the rights to broadcast the event.
Either way, no matter where you want to watch it, it's most likely still going to cost you, because establishments have to pay for the rights to broadcast the fight, plus they have to pay a fee for everyone who could possibly watch in their bar.
So here's the list of the places locally where you can see the action:
$30 Cover Charge
They are charging $20 for their downstairs area, $50 for upstairs, which includes an open bar and special buffet.
