This week, everybody is making their New Year’s resolutions and the list does not typically vary from year to year --  diet, exercise, saving money, getting a better job, and finding a new love interest, right? By the end of January, these goals are as neglected and in many casses not kept, but a new survey suggests that there may be a way to nail those resolutions, and it is not as hard as you think.

SKOUT, the global app, recently surveyed more then 3,700 people and found out that FRIENDS can help you have a better 2016.

When It comes to Exercise:

The vast majority (78%) of people say they plan to exercise more in 2016, but 26% of people who make this resolution will only do it if they do it with a friend and 84% say they get a better workout when they exercise with a friend.
