Happy Birthday To Us!

Can you believe it's been 4 years since we launched Kicks 105.5?

It was this day in 2010 when we all came together to launch the area's first country station in years! I recall sitting in the studio with ex-Kicks jock Matt Carey playing a mix of random songs for an entire hour on January 10, 2010 after 12 noon. Once 1:05 came, the song, "Gone Country" by Alan Jackson came out of speakers all over Greater Danbury, Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester Counties on 105-5 for the first time in years! I was fortunate to be the first on air personality after the station launched, and couldn't be happier to still be here doing what I love!

Over the first few years here at Kicks, we have had lots of fun with one another at various station events and more!

From local concerts, great on-air giveaways and trips, listener parties, and of course summers at Down the Hatch partying with ya'll.

Four years old...Hmm I guess that means we MUST be potty-trained at this point now huh? ...Here's to 4 more!..Heck...40 more!
