Trying -- yes, trying -- to drink water, and not doing it well. Am I the only one seeing this?

I've seen a lot of things in my life, but nothing like how Donald J. Trump drinks water.

From the time he decides to take a sip to the time it actually hits his lips, there are like 45 individual motions in between. He picks up the glass, stops, tilts the glass, stops, tilts a little more, stops, and finally delivers the goods. It's like Charles Barkley's golf swing.

Is there a medical term for what we are seeing here? If not I would like to come up with one. How about waterous drinkus interuptus. There I did it -- and it took me only one smooth motion.

It's as if he has no faith in his own depth perception, and believes that if he does it in one motion, the cup will end up lodged in his left nostril. Just fascinating stuff. Forget the sniffing, that's nothing. It's the effort that goes into drinking water that we need to get to the bottom of.
