It's not Local Men's Day, it's not National Men's Day, it's International Men's Day. A day to celebrate men around the world. But what exactly are we celebrating?

According to The Guardian, very Year on International Women's Day, which is March 8th, men around the globe complain about not having an International Men's Day. It’s all so self-centered. It’s the impulse that drives your kids on Mother’s Day or Father’s Day to whine: “When will there be a Children’s Day?”

Well, guys whine no more cause today's your lucky day, 24 hours of pure male bliss and testosterone.

So what exactly are we celebrating? It’s really hard to tell because the politics of International Men’s Day are somewhat hazier than those of International Women's Day.

That day’s origins are political, linking women’s struggles with the labor movement and larger Women's movement's throughout time.

Globally, it’s a day to celebrate women’s achievement and renew the struggle for equal rights around the world. But what about International Men's Day. Is it a celebration of men?

Good looking Men, and not so good looking Men ? Is it also based on gender equality, (thank's Caitlyn Jenner), or is it much more simplistic, just like us guys. It could also be a day to celebrate great Men in history, and outstanding accomplishments of Men.

The guardian.com said it best. They think "the title of International Men’s Day is so laden with the possibility for such confusion – Maybe it needs to be rethought".

They might be right, but I'm a Man and I just want to be celebrated for who I am. I don't need any labels, I don't need any preconceived notions, and if today's the day to celebrate, then let that be the case.

Today's it's raining Men, not just around here and around the U.S but Internationally. Remember guys...Your "The Man".
