Jeffrey Brown Screens ‘Sold’ at Bethel Cinema for FilmFest52 [VIDEO]

Academy Award Winning Director Jeffrey Brown comes to Bethel Cinema to screen his new film SOLD on Wednesday, May 20 at 7 pm as part of FilmFest52.

Brown and other experts in the field of human trafficking will be in the house for a Q&A about the making of the movie and to discuss what we can all do to help with this human rights issue – globally and locally.

Every year, millions of children disappear; trafficked and sold as slaves, for sex, for labor.  This is happening in every country, on every continent around the world, yet this industry is largely invisible, its victims hidden.  This is their story.
