How Do the People of New Milford React to Valentine’s Day?
Valentines Day, it's a day of love — or is it? I wanted to find out as much as I could about what people are thinking this Valentine's Day, so we hit the streets of New Milford.
There's so much hype surrounding Valentines Day, it's a day of love, a day for your sweetheart, a day of romance all wrapped into one 24 hour period. So how much of this is true? Will people be celebrating? is it the most romantic day of the year? and what about good old cupid? I could never understand why cupid represented Valentines Day. When I think of romance, the last thing I think about is a short chubby toddler coming at me with a weapon.
So these are some of the questions that we need answers too, and the great thing about talking to people on the street is you never know what their going to say.
