I Helped Suzy Pick Her NCAA Tournament Bracket – See Why It Wasn’t So ‘Awesome, Baby!’

Have you completed your college hoops bracket yet ? I'm all set, but Suzy needed some help getting started, so I figured I would help her -- maybe that was a mistake.

It's that time of year again when March Madness rules. Everywhere you go, people are talking about their bracket -- Which teams should make it to the Final Four, and which teams were bracket busters for them.

Now if you follow college basketball even a little, you know how this whole bracket thing works. You may not know the best teams to pick all the time, but you have an overall understanding and concept. So what do you do with someone who has never ever tried to do a bracket before and knows absolutely nothing about the 64 teams that are involved? Well, you try to be a nice guy and help them out.

Well just call me the nice guy, but I have to say it was pretty brutal trying to get Suzy to understand which teams to pick, and which ones to stay away from. She had a very unconventional approach to her picks, and you know what, there was nothing I could do about it:

So after all that, it's going to be interesting to see who actual winds up with a better overall score. Will one of us be perfect? The answer is no way since there's only a 1 in 9.2 quintilian chance of that happening. It is, however, March Madness, and because of that, I just say, "It's awesome, baby!"
