1.) What do you do here
Wake up Greater Danbury every morning 6-10am

2.) How did you get into radio?
I started and wound up running my college station at St. John’s University. I then got into real radio at WLIR-FM (I was the guy who got the Morning Guy breakfast everyday…2 eggs on a roll with coffee light and sweet…I still remember). After that I was hooked and worked everywhere-WGSM, WCTO, WALK, WGLI, and WKJY (All on Long Island)…Moved to Connecticut in 1989 and have been waking up Greater Danbury ever since!

3.) Who are your favorite groups or artists
There are so many, but I’d have to say Steely Dan, Some old school Billy Joel and Elton John, anything recorded in the 70’s in Philadelphia (that Philly soul sound)…..and John Lennon….As far as newer music goes…Taylor Swift, Dierks Bentley, and Darius Rucker….

4.) Do you have a brush with Fame story
Being in this business for so long I’ve met quite a few famous folks….Everyone from Chuck Berry, Peter Frampton, Meatloaf, The Allman Brothers, Hall and Oates, James Taylor, Charlie Daniels,  The Four Tops, Eddie Money, Adam West (The original TV Batman & the voice of the Mayor on Family Guy), Gilbert Gottfried, Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and the list goes on and on….

5.) Do you play a musical instrument
I did play piano for a while and could still probably bang out a song or two, but I would be a little rusty….

6.)  What are you hobbies outside the station      
I’m a baseball coach (Brookfield High School) as well as coaching my kids teams….I collect Presidential buttons and love sports video games….

7.) What are your favorite movies
Back to the Future 1, 2, and 3…(2 is my favorite)….Goodfellas, Scarface (with Pacino),  Field Of Dreams, What about Bob, Toy Story 1 and 2 and  any Batman movie.

8.) What are your favorite TV Shows
Love re-runs…(The Classics)…Seinfeld,  Honeymooners, Odd Couple, and seasonal shows…American Idol and Dancing with The Stars.

9.) What sports teams do you root for?
Of course the Yankees, (Baseball)….The Giants, (Football)….and The Islanders, (Hockey)

10.)  Whats your guilty pleasure    
Sports Video Games (especially Baseball) and don’t tell my trainer, chocolate covered jellies….
11.) What are your favorite web sites
I’d have to say kicks1055.com (cause it’s the only site that I have a blog on)….
Also I love the stuff on YouTube, I have to keep up with baseball on either MLB.com or Yankees.com and operation sports.com for sports video games…Also many of the political collector sites , and newstimes.com for all the local news….
