1. What do you do here? I play what you want to hear Saturday and Sunday from 3 in the afternoon until midnight.


2. How did you get into radio? I was jogging to 5 am crew practice in college when when one of my team mates asked me if I wanted to have my own radio show. I said yes.


3. Who are your favorite groups or artists? I'm a really big Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton fan, I also like Tim McGraw and Mark Chestnut. I'd say I have a few songs from every genre. I think a good song needs to connect to you through lyrics or make you want to dance. I love 80's music and enjoy a good Britney Spears song every now and then.


4. Do you have a brush with fame story? I once checked Candice Burgen in to volunteer at a food bank on Thanksgiving day in nyc. My sister Monica and I, who were both volunteering together politely told her she wasn't on the volunteer list and made her fill out paper work. We informed her she would be sorting clothes. She said ok, and was a great sport not being upset by the lack of preferential treatment. Eventually someone got the organizer who directed her to go serve food. I think we were talking about the new Stephanie Plum book when she came up to us...my sister Monica and I have tons of great stories from when we lived in Queens together.

5. Do you play a musical instrument? No. I lack musical ability.

6. What are your hobbies outside the radio station? Playing with my son. Talking to my son. Cuddling with my son. Being the best mommy ever. I also enjoy sleeping, and going for long drives on nice days. Going to the cape and walking around the sea bed when the tide goes out. I love books and really enjoy Janet Evanovich's, Stephanie Plum series, and would suggest it to anyone who loves a good laugh.

7. What are your favorite movies? I love bad comedies like Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. But, I'm best known for going to a movie store and picking out the worst possible scary movies available. My selections usually encompass films that make you want to sleep with the lights on, then there's the films that you can't believe they put on the shelf which I'm notoriously known for renting. And yes, I still rent movies, I enjoy not knowing what I'm about to watch.

8. Your favorite TV shows? Nancy Grace, Ghost Hunters, Project Runway, and any cheesy VH1 reality show.

9. What sports teams do you root for? I like the Red Sox.

10. What's your guilty pleasure? Turning on the ac in summer then diving under a warm blanket. Eating candy and drinking diet soda. Falling asleep in a super warm bath. Spoiling my little man. Eating Taco Bell. Ignoring my cell phone. Not having a social networking site. Sleeping in.
