It's available in cities all over the world and now southern Westchester County just got on board with the new Uber App for food delivery. Is Danbury ready?

From Larchmont Patch comes word of a new food delivery service called UberEATS, which is already available in many cities across the country but not in Danbury just yet. Yes, I checked. The service has just been added to 86 lower Hudson Valley restaurants to provide both business and home food delivery.

How does it work? All you do is download the UberEats App from the Apple App Store or Google Play. In southern Westchester county, the booking fee ranges from $3.99 to $4.99 and you can pay for the service through your Uber account. Currently the only two cities in Connecticut that Uber food delivery serves are New Haven and Bridgeport.

Question, if UberEats were available in Danbury, would you take advantage of the service?
