The Danbury Museum & Historical Society will launch a new exhibit called, Toy Time: Playful Pieces this Saturday, June 11.

This free exhibit, which will run from June 11 through October 29 will take place at the Danbury Museum and Historical Society at 43 Main Street in Danbury. The exhibit will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

The exhibit features something for everyone. Vintage toys from the museum collection will be showcased, including Lincoln Logs, dolls, tin toys, trains, board games and puzzles, as well as outdoor play items and much more.

In addition to the exhibit opening on Saturday, and the free admission, the museum will offer tours of their historic buildings between 10 AM and 3 PM. The tour includes stops at the The John & Mary Rider House, The Marian Anderson Studio and the Little Red Schoolhouse.
