Jason Aldean had a "Blow the roof off this place" performance at the American Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 3. I wasn't in Las Vegas, but I can tell you that the roof on my house is still shaking.

The song, "Lights Come On" is a rock and roll country hit in the making. His fans will most likely be fans of this song too because it's back to the roots of what made him popular in the first place. It's real, blue collar, guitar-ripping, let's get this party started, Jason Aldean type of music. Check out some of the lyrics:

You're a crack-of-dawn, Monday-morning,

coffee strong
Poured everything you got into a paycheck Friday night
You're a Powerstroke diesel, backhoe-riding king of beers, 18-wheeler driving, living life in between the lines
Of clocking in and quitting time.
