Kacey Musgraves and Katy Perry have been friends for a while now, so when the country singer heard that her buddy in pop was doing a multi-day YouTube livestream, she wanted to stop by and check it out.

The two shared a special moment during Perry's Witness World Wide stream in support of her new album, Witness. Musgraves sat down with the "Chained to the Rhythm" singer and musician David Francisco to teach them how to play her hit, "Follow Your Arrow," later sharing the video with fans.

Seated on a plush white couch, Perry sits between Francisco and Musgraves with all three strumming along on guitar as the country star teaches them the chords. Franscisco and Perry watch and follow along as she plays guitar and sings the first verse and chorus of the hit, both smiling as they watch Musgraves play.

This isn't the first time she and Perry have paired in music. The country and pop stars united for an episode of CMT Crossroads in 2014, singing Musgraves' tracks "Merry Go Round," "Step Off" and "Follow Your Arrow," along with Perry's hits like "Firework" and "Roar."

Musgraves also did some tour dates with Perry, and next year, she'll take on another massive pop tour as an opening act on Harry Styles' Live on Tour, performing 20 dates with the One Direction star. She'll also hit the road with legend Willie Nelson for multiple dates this summer 2017.
