Keith Urban and Eric Church, Maddie and Tae Already CMA Winners

The “49^th ANNUAL CMA AWARDS” are still hours away from kickoff, but two winning categories have already been announced.

Maddie and Tae take home the Video Of The Year trophy for “Girl In A Country Song,” and Keith Urban along with Eric Church picked up Musical Event of the Year honors for collaborating on “Raise ‘Em Up.” Both winners were revealed during this morning’s “Good Morning AMERICA” broadcast on ABC-TV.

It’s the second consecutive year for URBAN grabbing Musical Event of the Year honors and his fourth overall win in the category; last year, he teamed with Miranda Lambert for “We Were Us.” In 2013, he shared the prize with Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift for "Highway Don't Care,"

The remaining 10 category winners will be revealed tonight during the "49TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS" at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The event will be broadcast live beginning at 8pm on ABC-TV. and simulcast on KICKS 105.5.
