As one of the judges on American Idol, Keith Urban has certainly been busy as the curtain comes down on the popular TV show. But he's also been busy in the recording studio. His upcoming album "RipCORD" is scheduled for release on May 6th and he has just released its' third single. Two previous songs, "John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16" and "Break On Me", have already occupied the number one position on the Country Music Charts, so this latest release has a lot to live up to.

It's certainly not a surprise that the song has great guitar work from Urban with hints of banjo giving it that Taste Of Country (see what I did there?!)

One of the many things that I love about Keith Urban is how he gives a respectful nod to other artists, and in this new song, he does it again, giving props to Guns and Roses:

"When I think about those summer nights
Singing out the window, on the back roads, Sweet Child of Mine
Sipping on the local's spark of light
Ain't it funny how the best days of my life
Was all that wasted time, all that wasted time"

Let us know what you think of Keith's latest single. You'll be hearing a lot more of it on KICKS 105.5. He performed the latest single on American Idol last week.
