The Connecticut State-wide travel ban has been lifted. Snow is still falling and towns are accumlating a varied amount of inches throughout Westchester, Fairfield and Litchefield counties as predicted. Click here for the updated forecast.

About 1,591 in Greenwich lost power after a tree fell onto a power line, according to NBC Connecticut.

Travel bans have been lifted in New York and Litchefield and Fairfield counties.

The National Weather Services says Danbury could get between six to 10 inches during the day with wind gusts as high as 31 mph. There will be light snow before midnight.
