Last day of October, tomorrow is November (wah). I personally get really sad after October ends... It's a great month. But anyway, this last day of October is more than just Halloween- it's also the last day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I know I sound like a broken record right about now, but breast cancer awareness isn't just the 31 days of October, it is 365 days a year. This goes for women AND men. Men are affected by breast cancer too in a lot of instances. It is important for everyone to take care of their health, across the spectrum. Also- this is a scary statistic, but Connecticut has the highest rates of breast cancer in the nation. I'm pretty sure we all know someone who has been affected by the horrible disease.

Listen to your body, talk with your doctor, and take care of yourself. Every day of the year!
