Most of our cardio have their own private flat screen TV's - for those that don't, the facility is outfitted with dozens of televisions including plasma TV's. The circuit training and free weight equipment offers direct access to training every muscle group in the human anatomy. Racquetball, Aquatics, Boxing, and more help round out sporting options. Our classes are abundant and include group, semi-private and private instruction.

NMSC facilities include full service and executive service locker rooms, family bathrooms, child care, tanning and more. We also boast a full service cafe with juice bar and a pro shop which offers the area's largest selection of nutritional supplements.
