Maren Morris is gearing up to take off on her first ever headlining run, the 2017 Hero Tour, to promote her debut album of the same name. She has just announced that the trek will kickoff in New York City on Feb. 2 at the legendary Bowery Ballroom.

In addition to revealing the inaugural show of the tour, Morris has added a second date in Nashville after the first show sold out in record time: less than three minutes! The second show will take place April 4, one night before the originally-announced date of April 5, 2017. Both of the singer's Music City shows will take place at Cannery Ballroom.

Country newcomers Ryan Hurd and Devin Dawson will open up for Morris on select dates. This tour comes fresh off her win of CMA New Artist of the Year, an award she emotionally and graciously accepted at the 2016 CMA Awards.

“This is so crazy. So, last year I sat across the street at a bar and watched this show,” she said with tears in her eyes. “I never thought as a songwriter I’d be standing here today. Thank you so much for voting for me.”

Tickets for Morris' New York City and additional Nashville show will go on sale Dec. 2.
