Phil Vassar will be in our area on Friday Night, February 12th, at the Ridgefield Playhouse. He called into the Morning Show to talk about that and more.

I like to call him the Billy Joel of Country Music. Phil Vassar not only has his own hits ("Just Another Day in Paradise", "Love is a Wonderful Thing", "Six Pack Summer", "Carlene") he has written some big hits for other artist's as well ("My Next 30 Years", and "For a Little While" - Tim McGraw; "Bye Bye" and "I'm Alright" - Jo Dee Messina; "Little Red Rodeo" - Collin Raye).
