It's a heartbreak for a family when a dog gets lost, or wanders off. It's happened in New Milford, Sammi is missing.

Dogs are as close to us as any other family member, so when one disapears the more people that know about it, the better the chance that the Dog will be seen and returned.

Sammi is a Brindle Female and weights between 20-25 pounds. She's wearing a green John Deere collar with a rabies tag.

She's been missing since May 3rd, and was last seen around Picket District Road in New Milford.

It's important to know that if you do see her, please do not chase her, she's very friendly, but may scare easily. Just call in the sighting immediately to 203-885-4446 and speak with Joey VanEron.

There is a reward offered for her safe return.

If you can't contact the owner, you can contact the Animal Welfare Society in New Milford on Dodd Street, call 860-354-1350. Hopefully with your help Sammi can be reunited with her family very soon.
