New Milford Family Faces Difficult Times as Dad Battles Cancer

No one escapes this life without a crisis. However, it seems as though some suffer more than others. A local family is facing some really hard times.

David Miller and his wife, Michelle, of New Milford, CT, are a loving and very devoted couple. They have 4 beautiful children, Dallas 21, Cody 20, Tucker 17, and Hunter 12.

David has been battling colon cancer and has been too sick to work for over a year. Recently, his health has deteriorated and he has been in the Intensive Care Unit at Yale for the past 4 weeks.  The Miller family rented a room near the hospital so that they can rally around him and have some sort of family time. As you can imagine, this has put a great financial stress on them which only adds to the emotional stress.The whole Miller familly has been fighting this horrible disease for a long time.
