New Year’s Eve Party Game Ideas

Whether you have having a big party with lots of friends or spending the night ringing in the New Year with your family there are lots of fun games you can play to keep everyone entertained. There are many websites that have a lot of creative ideas.

One of the websites, tinyprints.com, has game ideas for both an adult-only party and a party with the kids. One of the games for adults that could be pretty entertaining is called "Balance the Champagne." It's basically a relay race where teams or four or two people have to balance a champagne glass on their hand, complete a racecourse, and hand it off to the next team member. Whichever team spills the least amount of liquid wins.

Today.com has some ideas for a party that includes the kids. One of the ideas I really like is filling balloons with confetti and writing times on them. Starting with 4:00 p.m. and going every hour until midnight, the kids (or whoever would like to) get to pop a balloon every hour. So every hour you get to have a mini party when the confetti is released. Sounds a little messy, but fun!
