A fascinating new concept eatery will open its doors in Danbury on June 15, and you'll find it at 274 Main Street in Danbury.

According to a recent press release, the restaurant is being spear headed by the former Executive Director of CityCenter Danbury, Andrea Gartner. If you ever wanted to know what was happening in the city, she was and still is always your go-to person. If anyone believes in the potential of downtown Danbury, it's Andrea, which is why she’ll open the doors to her new entrepreneurial endeavor next month.

Pour Me Coffee and Wine Cafe will feature everything from breakfast burritos to paninis, personal pizzas, soups, gluten-free smoothies, tasty vegan choices, and a kids menu. They will also offer full dinner service after 5:00 pm.

Her motto, "Consume and Conquer", hangs outside the eatery, and "Welcome" in all languages spoken in the city will be part of the interior decor. As Andrea said in the press release:

Pour Me Coffee & Wine Cafe will provide food and drink to fuel and fortify people to do their good in the world.

She has already brought in Matt Rieve from Fig’s Wood Fired Bistro in Sandy Hook as head chef and manager. Anyone who's been to Fig's in Sandy Hook knows that Matt has done amazing things with his own unique style and creations.

Leading up to its gala debut, Pour Me will be open for limited hours starting on Memorial Day, May 29. Then, look for its official grand opening on Thursday, June 15. Hours of operation will be Monday through Wednesday - 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Thursday and Friday - 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, Saturday - 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, and Sunday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Best of luck to Andrea and all of the people at Pour Me Coffee & Wine Cafe!
