Proper Application of Sunscreen is Key

A few days ago I learned that proper application of sunscreen is important when it comes to trying to avoid sunburns, especially when using spray sunscreen!

I know this comes off as obvious, but clearly, I wasn't smart enough to remember this at the time.

To be fair, it was a VERY windy day on Sunday on Candlewood Lake, so the actual sunscreen probably didn't physically touch my skin half the time.

Long story short, apply the sunscreen with a concentrated spray, and rub into your skin to ensure you don't end up with red spots like this!
