Relay for Life in New Fairfield Was a Success!

Thanks to everyone who came out to the annual American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event this past weekend on Saturday in New Fairfield!

We were accompanied by hundreds and hundreds of walkers, local agencies, businesses, family members and most importantly, cancer survivors!

First Selectman Susan Chapman, Senator Mike McLachlan and many others were there to ring in the event during the opening ceremonies at the New Fairfield High School stadium and track.

We gave away a pair of tickets to see Tim McGraw as well as many other goodies while we provided some entertainment at the Relay for Life!

Many thanks to all of the volunteers of the American Cancer Society including Kelly Crapa for all of the help and support this year in New Fairfield. Raising money to get us closer to a cure for cancer is what it's all about!
