I'm not much for snow, but I do adore Christmas time, all things holiday, and a cozy cabin with a great fireplace to warm up by. If you're like me, then feast your eyes on this nifty place to live. How's this for a Ho-Ho-Ho?

Santa's home is on the market. Last week, online real estate site Zillow.com put up a tongue-in-cheek listing for the Claus' North Pole home, saying the 2,500 square foot historic home is valued at around $650,000. The website says the house would be worth more here in the states, but as they say -- location is everything. It sits on 25 acres, and comes with reindeer stables and a parking garage for the sleigh.

The listing, in part, states:

A toy-lover's paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres at the North Pole – perfect for spirited reindeer games. The home, constructed in the 1800s of gorgeous old-growth timber logged on site, is steeped in Old World charm but offers modern-day amenities, thanks to a 2013 renovation.

Kudos to Zillow for this piece of holiday fun. You just have to click on zillow.com to take a tour of Santa's pad -- trust me on this!

While we don't have Santa's house for you, we do have something to delight your kids this holiday season that should prove to be almost as good. Spend a Night at the North Pole with your family this Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Crowne Plaza in Danbury.
