It started out as an innocent scavenger hunt until Ridgefield students were told to urinate on another school's football field.

The escapades began when a scavenger hunt for Ridgefield High seniors got underway. According to the Wilton Daily Voice, one of the items on the scavenger hunt list was to drive over to the new turf field at Wilton High School, unzip and urinate on it. The ten students from Ridgefield were met by ten Wilton High students, where the conversations began amicably, but soured quickly when one of the Ridgefield students attempted to pee on the field. After that, all hell broke loose.

Initial reports claimed that golf clubs and baseball bats were used as assault weapons by the students, but Wilton police have ruled out that scenario. One Ridgefield student was injured in the scuffle and was taken to the Danbury Hospitable ER for treatment. LT. Brennan told the Ridgefield Press,

Because the game was publicized, Wilton students were aware that Ridgefield students would be coming to the football field.

There were no life threatening injuries. The Wilton Police Youth Division will be handling the investigation, which remains open, and no arrests have been made at this time. If anyone has any information about this incident, call Officer Richard Ross at 203-834-6260.
